I took the day off. I'm still sore from that dismal Squat workout Tuesday plus its 85 degrees here in upstate NY.

Tues. I hit 505 in the squat for 2 but I had 3 in mind.
I was way to casuall when I walked up to the bar.
I will start to track my training on here.
Today is 5/20/2009.
Monday I hit bench My top sets were 365x1 with a pause, and 337x4. all done raw
